Rabbi Yehuda Boroosan, Rabbi Emeritus of Netzach Israel in Atlanta, Georgia.

Rabbi Yehuda Boroosan's 2024 Pesach List and Guide

April 07, 2024

Congregation Netzach Israel asks for a small donation for all those who find these guides useful. Please donate here.

Rabbi Boroosan’s guide and list is prepared as a service to the general public. Rabbi Yehuda Boroosan works for the Orthodox Union, the largest Kosher certification agency in the world, as the Rabbinic Field Representative and Mashgiach for the southeast region of the United States. He has over 20 years of experience working in the food industry and has extensive knowledge regarding the commercial production of food and household products. Rabbi Boroosan received his semicha from the Ner Israel Rabbinical College, and currently serves as the Rabbi for Congregation Netzach Israel of Atlanta.

The Pesach Product List is based on Heter Kitniot for Sefaradim and is not endorsed by the OU. Our objective in providing this guide is to:

  • Educate the public with the laws of Pesach

  • To assist them with an easy to understand guide to prepare for Pesach

  • To provide an alternative list of products that are L’chetachila/ (categorically) acceptable for Sefaradim

If you have any questions or comments, please email us for the quickest response.
